In 1990, after many years of training in traditional African Dance Samuel Semenu Dzehor, formerly with the judicial service of the Republic of Ghana, decided to establish his own dance and folk music troupe. He immediately began to gather young promising artists performers gathered around him were gathered and taught the importance of traditional music and dance. Years of scrutiny helped to select young talents and through sweat, credits and donations here and there managed to come out as an authentic African cultural dance group under the banner of Nyame Adom. Nyame Adom is always in high demand, performing at funerals, outdoorings, social gatherings and wherever there is an activity capturing the crow with their dances.
